Aotea Lodge has three conference venues that offer state of the art facilities for up to 100 participants.
Our venues are ideal for conferences, workshops and presentations.

Conference facilities include standard and electronic white board, flip chart stands, overhead projector TV and Video. Catering is provided and can include:

  • Breakfast
  • Pre-session coffee & tea
  • Morning and afternoon tea
  • Finger food and smorgasbord lunches
  • Choice of set menu or a la carte dinner menu
  • Food is prepared and cooked on the premises, so specific dietary requirements can usually be met.

The minimum number for these menus is 10 persons.
If your numbers are lower than this, please discuss with us as other Conferences
on the same day may mean that we can accommodate you.

Aotea Lodge Set Menu - 3 Course (minimum 15 guests). This is a sample only and will vary based on availability. Prices are subject to change without notice for unconfirmed bookings.

SOUP OF THE DAY - cream of pumpkin soup

CHICKEN SATAY - served on a bed of rice

SEAFOOD CHOWDER - mixed seafood in a creamy sauce

SIRLOIN STEAK - served with pepper and mushroom sauce

THAI CHICKEN CURRY - served with jasmine rice and pappadom

Terms and Conditions

Rates for the cancellation of a confirmed booking are as follows: 20% of accommodation including conference room if booking is cancelled within 30 days of intended starting date. 40% of accommodation and 20% of catering if booking is cancelled within 14 days of intended starting date.
