How it works
There will be a Drawer shortly after 30 September 2009 covering the period 1 June 2009 to 30 September 2009 and another shortly after 31 December 2009 covering the period 1 October 2009 to 31 December 2009.
Only online bookings using the "Book Now" facility on this web site for stays before 31 December 2009 qualify.
Each qualifying night you stay entitles you to one entry in the drawer, e.g. 3 nights equals 3 chances.
The cost of the winning night's accommodation is refunded in full to the Credit card number given at the time of booking. Other, non-accommodation costs are not refunded.
Entry is automatic if your booking meets the qualifying criteria, even if it was made before this offer was made. For example if you booked online through this site last year for September 2009 you will be included.
Winning is conditional on your allowing your name to be published on this website as the winner in the format "Z. Esera of Porirua" If this condition is not met there will be a redraw.

You can qualify for this Special in any one of 3 ways
One guest per room is over 50 or a Superannuation Gold card holder and books and pays in advance. Superannuation Card or driving licence must be shown on arrival. If, on arrival, the guest does not qualify for the special, the full rate will apply. If the booking is then cancelled the full un-discounted charge will apply
or
Book 3 weeks in advance before your stay and pay the accommodation cost in full at the time of booking
or
Book and pay in advance for more than one consecutive day. The Special rate will apply to every day after the first one.

Special Conditions
In addition to our standard terms & conditions the following special conditions apply:
These rates only apply to advance bookings. They are not available on the day or if extending your stay.
Some dates are excluded. We may change excluded dates and the number of rooms available at the Special rate without notice. Changes will not apply to rooms already booked.
The number of rooms available at the Special Rate on any day is limited. If studio units show as "Available" on our "Book Now" facility this does not mean that they are available at the Special Rate.
Cancelled bookings must be paid in full. No refunds.
No commissions will be paid.
All outstanding amounts must be paid on departure.
Servicing is limited to replacing towels and consumables and emptying rubbish bins
